INSPECTION REPORT \/ MAIN INFORMATION<\/strong>
\nTime and place<\/strong>
\nThe competition takes place on April 20, 2025, starting at 12:00 at the Alexela Concert Hall (Alexela Kontserdimaja). Address of the venue is Estonia pst 9, Tallinn.<\/p>\n

Goal of the competition<\/strong>
\nTo promote and develop the sport of bodybuilding and fitness in Estonia, and to determine the Estonian Open Cup 2025 winners.<\/p>\n

Registration<\/strong>
\nThe last day for pre-registration is April 4.
\nParticipating athletes must be recommended by their National Federation by sending the Final Entry Form with their names directly to info@kulturism.ee<\/a>

The registration fee is to be paid in cash at registration on April 19.
\nRegistration fee for the main category is 75\u20ac, and each additional category is 50\u20ac.<\/strong><\/p>\n

An athlete may compete in multiple categories according to the rules.<\/strong>
\nA junior athlete may also compete in the senior category, or a masters athlete may compete in the women’s or men’s senior division.<\/p>\n

\nGreen cards can be purchased via info@kulturism.ee or on-site for cash, price 50\u20ac.<\/p>\n

Backstage Access\/Dressing Room Access:<\/strong>
\nAccess to the backstage area\/dressing room area is strictly limited to essential personnel only. There will be no admittance given to spouses, boyfriends, girlfriends, family members or relatives. Coaches and trainers who assist athletes in the dressing room area must be of the same sex as the athlete they are assisting. Under no circumstances will a coach, trainer, or any other individual be permitted in the dressing room area to assist any competitor of the opposite sex.<\/p>\n

Camera \/ Video Tape equipment<\/strong>
\nThe competition will be photographed by the official EKFL photographer. Taking pictures and filming at the event with professional equipment (i.e. except with a phone) is only allowed by prior agreement. For this, please contact info@kulturism.ee<\/p>\n

NB! Cameras and\/or video tape equipment shall be strictly prohibited in the backstage and\/or dressing room areas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n17.00 — 20.00 (April 19) — Registration \/ Weigh-in \/ Measurement — At the official competition hotel: Hampton by Hilton Tallinn (address: Tartu mnt 49, Tallinn).<\/strong>

\nAthletes are advised to allow enough time for backstage preparations.<\/p>\n

According to IFBB regulations, weight and height categories will be merged if there are fewer than 5 athletes in a category.<\/strong>
\nThe schedule and exact categories will be confirmed on-site after registration \/ measurement \/ weigh-in.<\/p>\n

Requirements for athletes<\/strong>
\nAll athletes must present an ID card.
\nAll athletes must wear their posing attire during measurement for inspection. Female competitors must also bring their gowns and shoes for inspection. Fitness routine attire must also be shown. Posing attire and tanning must be in accordance with the IFBB rules. Any tanning, which can be wiped off, is not allowed.<\/p>\n

Athletes performing a fitness routine must send their free routine music to heikomerikan@gmail.com no later than April 14.<\/p>\n

Spray Tan<\/strong>
\nOn-site professional spray tanning service is guaranteed, performed by specialists with international training, using the best Jan Tana tanning products. For more information and booking spray tanning, contact stageart.tanningteam@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\n

Important:<\/strong> Self-tanning in the backstage area or anywhere else at the venue is not allowed to ensure quality and to protect the venue from damages. Our official professional tanning team will be the only service provider on site. Please note that tan is an important component of the image of an athlete and contributes to the achievement of sports results.<\/p>\n

Award Ceremony<\/strong>
\nThe top six athletes in each competition category will be awarded with a trophy.
\nThe top three clubs will be awarded with a trophy.<\/p>\n

Note! <\/strong>The club rankings will be determined based on the number of positions. 1st place = 16 points, 2nd place = 12 points, 3rd place = 9 points, 4th place = 7 points, 5th place = 6 points, 6th place = 5 points, 7th place = 4 points, 8th place = 3 points, 9th place = 2 points, 10th place = 1 point.<\/p>\n

Doping Control<\/strong>
\nDoping control will be conducted by SA Antidoping. To determine the athletes who will undergo doping control, one or both methods may be used, i.e., random (by draw) or targeted. Targeted doping control can be initiated by the head judge of the competition.<\/p>\n

Media Waiver of Liability<\/strong>
\nBy registering for the competition, the participant agrees that his or her person and\/or likeness may be filmed, videotaped, photographed and\/or otherwise recorded, by electronic or other means, for use by the EKFL in promoting the EKFL and the sports of bodybuilding and fitness.<\/p>\n
